ADMISSIONS PROCESS

The admissions process typically starts with a visit to the school and a tour of our campus. Families then submit a Student Application, Learner Profile, and any other relevant documents. At least one Teacher Recommendation is required, as well as the student’s transcripts for the last 2-3 years.

Our admissions team assesses the student application and corresponding documents and schedules testing/evaluation dates based on available space in the appropriate classrooms. An evaluation hour will be required of preschool students (ages 2-4).  This evaluation will be conducted by the preschool staff on a scheduled day from 9am-10:15am.

The SAE School is an independent project-based learning school located in Mableton, GA, serving preschool-8th grade students in the Metro Atlanta area. While we are not affiliated with a specific church or religion, our school’s core values are clearly evident by our actions and respect for others’ beliefs, customs, and traditions. As a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we are solely focused on the education and development of our children. The SAE School is accredited by the following organizations: 

ONCE YOU’VE COMPLETED THE STEPS…

Within a few days of a student completing all steps of the admissions process, the school makes and communicates the decision. Families do not have to wait until April to find out if their child has been accepted.
